We are seeking to appoint an experienced and innovative Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and dedicated Special Educational Needs team at one of our long standing clients' 11-18 mixed, comprehensive school in Guildford.

Students with SEND are educated both in targeted small groups and in their mainstream classroom. The successful candidate will be working within all subject areas within the school with a focus on behaviour management.

The post would suit applicants who have experience working with challenging boys and have flexibility and enthusiasm. An excellent understanding of SEND and other learning difficulties is essential. The candidate must be able to demonstrate a willingness to be a team player alongside our committed support team. SEND related training would be advantageous.
