Teaching Personnel are delighted to offer an exciting new role on behalf of a superb school in Basingstoke, rated by Ofsted as "outstanding". You will be working 1:1 with a year 3 pupil with challenging behaviour.

This is an inclusive school that works with boys aged 11 to 16 with emotional and behavioural difficulties. The school also offers residential care to its small number of pupils and prides itself on developing and using their own thematic curriculum, which keeps learning fun and interactive; which, in turn, keeps pupils engaged and interested.

We are looking for an energetic, empathetic teaching assistant with a good sense of humor to keep the pupil engaged and interested in learning. You will have the ability to utilise a range of effective approaches to the management of difficult behaviour.
