Are you a Support Assistant seeking a position working with pupils who display challenging behaviours?
If so, Teaching Personnel work closely with a Blackburn based School which caters for pupils who display challenging behaviours and have various special educational needs including; ADHD, Autism and SEMH difficulties. The School is smaller than average and they are seeking a hard working support assistant to work with their pupils who are 'harder to reach'.
The role is full time and is likely to continue for the next 2 months until the summer holidays - however the position has potential to continue into the new academic year. The role will require the candidate to work on a supply basis initially with a view to become permanent and every candidate will be expected to work one voluntary day in the School to 'showcase' their abilities.
The candidate will be hard working, have experience working with pupils who display challenging behaviours and the candidate must be willing to initially work on a supply basis. The successful candidate will benefit from:
