Behaviour specialist required Southwark, SE1 primary school.

  • Behaviour specialist Full time long term position in 'Good' primary School.
  • Delivering the National Curriculum to small focus groups who need additional support.
  • Have good behaviour management strategies and be confident whilst working with challenging behaviour.

Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of “Good” primary school located in Southwark, SE1. The school are seeking an individual who is has experience taking intervention lessons for pupils of low ability and need additional support to access the national curriculum. Some of the pupils within these intervention lessons are more than likely going to be challenging at times, so it is important that you have a firm approach but generate positive reinforcement.

As well as having good behaviour management strategies, the successful candidate must be knowledgeable on the primary national curriculum as you will be expected to deliver class work that the teacher has planned and use own initiative to adapt to pupils needs.

The Role:

This position would be ideal for an individual with SEN experience or someone with a sporting background who can be a role model.
