SEN Primary Teaching Assistants Required

I am currently working closely with two schools in Ashford/Canterbury location that are looking for Teaching Assistants for both long-term positions and short-term supply.

My client is an SEMH school providing education to pupils across both primary and secondary year groups from key stage 2 up to key stage 4. The school are looking for behavioural support specialists for both long-term and short-term positions. Due to the fact you will be covering across all key stages you will need to have the flexible and adaptable working ethos required to support all year groups.

If you have experience or feel confident in at least 2 of the following please get in touch:

•Criminology, Psychology, Music Degree

•Sports coaching qualification or background

•Team Teach/SKIP, CPI, MAPA Physical Intervention Training

•Experience supporting challenging behaviour within an out of school setting

•Emotionally Robust

Relevant qualifications and experience will be highly beneficial, yet it will be your ability to build relationships and increase pupils attainment and sense of worth that will make you a success. Due to the rural location of both schools your own transport is essential.
