SEN Behavioural Support Specialists Needed
- Unique Opportunity
- Flexibility for both Long-Term & Supply Positions
- Personal & Professional Development
I am currently working closely with two schools in Ashford/Canterbury location that are looking for Teaching Assistants for both long-term positions and short-term supply.
My first client is a large EBD school looking for behavioural support specialists for long-term contracts and permanent positions. You will be working in small classes of approximately 5 to 7 pupils in key stages 3 and 4. In addition to group work you will also be required to provide support on an individual 1:1 basis. Due to the nature of the school lots of the students are from a care background and need someone who is going to show a lot of enthusiasm and are willing to get involved as part of a team.
My second client is also an EBD school providing education to pupils across both primary and secondary year groups from key stage 2 up to key stage 4. The school are looking for behavioural support specialists for both long-term and short-term positions. Due to the fact you will be covering across all key stages you will need to have the flexible and adaptable working ethos required to support all year groups.
If you have experience or feel confident in at least 2 of the following please get in touch:
•Youth Offending Services

Relevant qualifications and experience will be highly beneficial, yet it will be your ability to build relationships and increase pupils attainment and sense of worth that will make you a success. Due to the rural location of both schools your own transport is essential.
