Behaviour Teaching Assistant – Person Specification

In this Behaviour Teaching Assistant role, you must be willing and passionate and have had experience of working with secondary aged children. The school wants a Teaching Assistant who is confident and can quickly establish strong relationships and bring an enviable supply of enthusiasm. The successful candidate will be, enthusiastic and have a passion for helping student with behavioural difficulties. Behaviour Teaching Assistant - Role

As Behaviour Teaching Assistant you will be working across the whole school. Your responsibilities will include working closely with a number of students on a 1:1 basis. By working with multiple students across the whole class you will ensure that no child is left behind and all of them have the support they need.
