KS2 1:1 Support Worker Central Salford M6

  • Salary – Main pay scale (£16,000-£18,000)
  • Close working relationship with the SENCO

Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a “Good” Primary School in Central Salford, M6 who are looking for a KS2 SEMH Support Worker to support a KS2 pupil with severe behavioural difficulties.

The KS2 pupil has recently transitioned from a Pupil Referral Unit and can be physically and verbally aggressive. This KS2 Support Worker role is a Full Time post; term- time only and is to start from January 2017 up until the rest of the academic year with the scope for a permanent contract for the ideal Support Worker.

The school is an OFTED rated “Good” Primary School in Central Salford, M6 who have a fantastic support structure in place to facilitate learning and development for all staff members with opportunities for CPD. The staffs share the head teacher’s passion and drive for improvement and feel valued and supported. All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
