Do you have experience working with children or young adults with challenging behaviour?

  • Have you got experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour?
  • Teaching Personnel can offer courses in Team teach and Autism awareness
  • Competitive rates of pay, offering up to £70 for SEN and specialist support roles

Teaching Personnel are looking for an experienced individual to work on a one to one basis with a child that has severe social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

To apply you will have experience dealing with young people that demonstrate difficult behaviour. You may have worked with youth offenders or pupils that have been excluded from school previously.

We are looking for a empathetic individual that can provide focused sessions to raise the childs attainment in Literacy and Numeracy but through interesting and creative activities to keep them engaged and on task.

Qualifications are not essential, however some form of Team teach or positive behaviour training would be advantageous.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
