Behaviour Experienced Teaching Assistant Required

  • Keen to work with challenging situations
  • Ability to build a rapport quickly with staff members & students
  • Specific training offered

Within Teaching Personnel we have a high demand for teaching assistants with 1:1 experience to support children with social emotional mental health and behaviour difficulties. We work with a range of schools across South Wales, who have SEMH units and PRU’s. You must have experience defusing and dealing with high pressure challenging situations in a safe and calm manner. All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
