Are you a qualified teacher looking for a new challenge?

Do you have experience teaching learners with challenging behaviour?

I am looking for an exceptional teacher to teach a small Key Stage 3 class at an excellent school for pupils with Social Emotional Mental Health needs in Blackley.

This role will involve planning and delivering engaging lessons based on an alternative curriculum. This school is committed to creating a happy, safe and stimulating learning environment where everyone is encouraged to reach their potential through the promotion of respect, responsibility, independence and creativity in order to build confidence. Their primary focus is helping to prepare pupils for their future life in wider society.


  • Qualified Teaching status
  • Experience with challenging behaviour, either in a mainstream or alternative provision setting
  • Team Teach is desirable
  • Resilient and capable under pressure
  • Adaptive and empathetic teaching style
