Year 1 Teacher in Boston

  • Primary students with Special Educational Needs
  • Flexible working hours- full time and part time roles available
  • Rates of pay are competitive starting at £22 per hour

Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a Special Educational Needs school in Boston to assist them with short term staffing solutions. The school caters for pupils who have a statement of Special Needs or an Education, Health and Care Plan. The students have a wide range of SEN, including Social Emotional Mental Health, Attention Deficit Disorder and Autism.

Teaching Personnel are looking for a Teacher who can work full time or part time, on a one-to-one basis with Primary aged students. The ideal candidate will have an open mind, a confident and outgoing nature and a true passion for working with young people with behavioural difficulties, ASC and ADHD. Experience in working with Students with challenging behaviour, particularly with SEMH is desirable but not essential as personality and the ability to engage and support young people is more important. The chosen candidate will be expected to plan lessons and will have PPA time. Ideally the candidate will be Team Teach trained, however Teaching Personnel can offer this training.
