Teaching Assistant Required in Slough

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in preparing and adapting resources.
• Provide 1-2-1 and small group support in class and run various interventions when required.
• Use super communication skills to foster positive relationships with children and colleagues.
• Support children with social and emotional needs, including behaviour management.
• Track pupil progress and provide valuable feedback to the class teacher.
