My client is a large SEMH school looking for behavioural support specialists for long-term contracts and permanent positions. You will be working in small classes of approximately 5 to 7 pupils in key stages 3 and 4. In addition to group work you will also be required to provide support on an individual 1:1 basis. Due to the nature of the school lots of the students are from a care background and need someone who is going to show a lot of enthusiasm and are willing to get involved as part of a team.

If you have experience or feel confident in at least 2 of the following please get in touch:

•Youth Offending Services

•Supporting NEET

•Experience supporting challenging behaviour within an out of school setting

Relevant qualifications and experience will be highly beneficial, yet it will be your ability to build relationships and increase pupils attainment and sense of worth that will make you a success. Due to the rural location of both schools your own transport is essential.
