Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with a Secondary Teacher Training School in Norwich that are looking for Cover Supervisors to work within their school.

We're particularly interested in hearing from you if you have a background and/or degree in English, Maths or Science (however the school also welcomes candidates with a degree in any other subject!).

What we are looking for in a Cover Supervisor role:

    • A confident Graduate with previous experience (in a voluntary capacity or otherwise) working with students, in a secondary school setting.
    • Able to efficiently manage and control whole classroom and small group behaviour
    • Positive, can-do attitude
    • Have the flexibility to adapt and work in a variety of different schools/environments

Highlights of the Cover Supervisor role:

  • Pay range between £60 - £80 (depending on previous experience and paid via PAYE)

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
