Job description

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and committed PE teacher with excellent classroom practice to a secondary school located in central Northampton. If you have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour, boundless energy, an enthusiasm for whole school life and are committed to making a difference to children's lives, then we want to hear from you.

We are looking for:

  • Someone who has Fully Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent) and is able to teach PE across all key stages
  • Someone who loves their job, has great subject knowledge and is passionate about teaching and learning
  • Someone who is flexible and available to work immediately
  • Someone who is committed to their own professional development.
  • Someone who is comfortable with planning lessons and marking work according to the schools curriculum
