How Does it work?
Teaching Personnel works with thousands of schools across England and Wales. Schools trust us to find the right fit for their permanent and temporary vacancies. We've also been training all of our current candidates, to make them more employable in September - we invet in ALL of our candidates!!
Once you have registered with the NQT Pool, your personal consultant will build up an in-depth profile of your skills, abilities and personality and discuss your job aspirations. We will also cover what additional support you may need to access from our support packs to make the start to your career.
We then take the profile we have built up (including a short video introduction) and speak to schools looking to recruit NQTs to find the perfect match between you and the school. You then interview with the school via video link and, if everyone is happy, you will be placed for September. Preston secondary have already placed 15 new NQTs across Secondary schools in Lancashire between April - June.
