Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for charismatic graduates to undertake Cover Supervisor roles in the Coventry & Warwickshire area. The role of a Cover Supervisor is an exciting one, ideal for someone who is looking for a career in education

You will be tasked with covering the class in the absence of a fully qualified teacher. The successful candidate will be resilient under pressure as they will be required to manage the behaviour of classes of up to 30, ensuring all set work is completed to the highest standard. Whilst this role can be challenging, it can also be very rewarding.

The role of a Cover Supervisor can be both full time and part time and can be flexible. The average school day is 6.5 hours, starting at 8.30am and finishing around 3.30pm

In order to be considered to this role, you must:

* Have a degree or equivalent qualification
* Be proactive, resilient and enthusiastic
* Be able to build a good rapport with students
* Enjoy being in the classroom environment

It takes a certain character to win over a classroom, if you feel that you have something to offer then we want to hear from you.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
