Are you a qualified Science teacher wishing to source a new teaching position this academic year? Do you have experience teaching all areas of Science to GCSE level?

We are seeking to appoint a Science teacher to join our client schools large Science department in April 2019 due to a long term sick leave. We are accepting applications from both experienced and newly qualified Science teachers of all specialisms and are wishing to see interested teachers at the earliest convenience. It is essential that the successful Science teacher can demonstrate evidence of outstanding practice, and full support will be provided throughout this position.

- Full-time Science teacher required, April 2019 start.

- Teaching a full timetable across both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

- £500-£700 per week.

- Initially offered on a temporary basis for one term, with the opportunity to secure a permanent post in the new academic year (September 2019).

- Located in Salisbury.

Our client secondary school is of average size with approximately 600 pupils on roll. The school are currently in the process of refurbishment, and by April 2019, there will be large Science laboratories and classrooms, ensuring ample space for practical lessons and experiments to take place. The incoming Science teacher will join a faculty of eight teachers and will hold responsibility for full planning and assessment alongside being supported with weekly collaborative planning sessions.
