A temporary full-time role has become available in a well-performing 11-16 secondary school, based in the Worsley area. The school are wishing to appoint an enthusiastic Science teacher to teach across Key Stage 3-4, specialising in Physics, with the opportunity to extend the cover to Biology and Chemistry.
Job role responsibilities are as follows:
- Science Teacher – full-time
- September 2021 start
- Pay in line with teacher pay scale MPS/UPS
- Teaching Physics across Key Stage 3 and 4 (with the opportunity to teach all three sciences; Biology and Chemistry included)
- Enthusiasm and creativity when delivering lessons to students of all ages and abilities
- Be able to manage behaviour and maintain excellent classroom manner
- Supportive department and great team of teachers who work collaboratively
The successful candidate must hold QTS (or QTLS) and all candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and right to work in the UK documentation.
