Are you a graduate looking to gain experience in a secondary school as a classroom teacher?

Are you considering a career in teaching and looking to apply for a PGCE teacher training programme in September?

Do you currently work in a field outside of education related to a secondary school subject?

Teaching Personnel support secondary schools throughout Greater Manchester providing cover supervisors to work across the local authorities of Manchester, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford and Cheshire East.

Cover supervising is an excellent way to gain first hand experience as you will be working alone in the classroom delivering set work and lesson plans. If you are looking for an opportunity to work in education and further you career then cover supervising would be well suited to you. Working through Teaching Personnel you will be paid on a weekly basis with earnings between £400-£450 per week dependant on your experience.

An essential requirement for this job role will be to have suitable references, a fully enhanced DBS certificate, a flexible working attitude and clear desire to develop and nurture young people in their learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
