"We are seeking to appoint a Science teacher to join our large Science faculty in April 2019 due to an internal promotion. We are accepting applications from both experienced and newly qualified Science teachers of all specialisms and wish to meet interested teachers at the earliest convenience. It is essential that the successful Science teacher can demonstrate evidence of outstanding practice, and full support will be provided throughout this position." - Head of Science.

- Full-time Science teacher required, April 2019 start.

- Teaching a full timetable across both Key Stage Three and Key Stage Four.

- Pay in line with teaching scale point £23,720 - £39,406 per annum.

- Initially offered on a temporary basis for one term, with the opportunity to secure a permanent post in the new academic year (September 2019).

- Located in Bury town centre, accessible via the M60 and M66.

Our client secondary Academy is of average size with approximately 800 pupils on roll. The school are currently in the process of refurbishment, and by April 2019, there will be large Science laboratories and classrooms, ensuring ample space for practical lessons and experiments to take place. The incoming Science teacher will join a faculty of eight teachers and will hold responsibility for full planning and assessment alongside being supported with weekly collaborative planning sessions.

Located in Bury town centre, our partner secondary Academy is situated perfectly for teachers to commute to the school from Rawtenstall, Rochdale and central Manchester. For drivers, there are a number of routes that lead directly to the school via the M60 and M66 motorways.
