Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with 2 local schools who are searching for Teachers of Science to join them in September. Interviews will take place as soon as fitting candidates apply. Early applications are encouraged.

NQT's - MPS are desireable, though both schools could also consider UPS teachers. It is most important is that you are passionate about delivering your subject in a new environment to learners starting a new academic year after a long period of time away from their usual education setting. 

Science roles currently outstanding in the area are:

1 full time permanent teacher of Science to work with a 'Good' Academy school in accordance with Ofsted and SIAMS. This school are looking to bring on another Teacher permanently within their trust and have the capacity to support an NQT, though would very much consider any level of teacher. In an excellent location for both public transport and your own vehicle, the school offer pay scales higher than the national average, a well being staff scheme, opportunities for teachers of faith to practise their religion within school and real progression within the Academy itself. The Head Teacher is supportive of all staff and heavily involved in the training, progression and well being to ensure your time with the Academy is a positive one and not only has impact upon its students, but also upon its staff.

We also have a temporary position to teach Science from September - December 2020. There is an option to remain with the school should you have a successful first time and wish to remain. The School are part of a local Academy trust. The school report a safe and happy school that allows students to engage in their learning. Their curriculum in=s one that focuses upon core subjects to give students qualifications to allow them, to take any path they choose after school. They are looking for a Teacher of Science to join them for a term and it is desirable that you are an experienced practitioner, though the school could support 1 term for an NQT with excellent teaching references.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
