Science teacher

A client school of Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a Science teacher for a 'Good' client school in the heart of the Bolton community.

• Full time Science teacher required from September 2018

• Permanent opportunity due to a member of staff gaining internal promotion

• Pay in line with MPS/UPS dependant on experience (£22,917 - £38,633)

With a member of staff recently being promoted to the senior leadership team the school are looking to recruit a Science teacher that has experience delivering Science to students aged 11-16 at GCSE level. You will be employed initially on a 12 month contract however their will be the view to be taken on permanently if successful during thus period.

In the most recent Ofsted report it was identified that Students achieve well in Science and religious education. With this in mind the school are looking for a teacher that can stretch learning capabilities and push to raise achievement amongst students. You must be comfortable when dealing with students that show challenging behaviour and be able to cater for students ranging in ability within your lessons. The Head of Science is looking a Science teacher that has a positive and motivating approach to teaching.
