Science Teacher needed at Ofsted graded 'Good' school in Rochdale to join from January, ideally comfortable teaching all 3 Sciences at GCSE.

  • Full time position teaching KS3 and GSCE Science to a wide range of ability groups
  • Working at a secondary graded 'Good' by Ofsted in 2018
  • Get paid in line to teaching scale point £23,720 - £39,406 (MPS/UPS)
  • Ongoing position with the opportunity for a permanent contract at end of temporary contract

Teaching Personnel working in partnership with our client, are seeking a full time Science Teacher to join the department from January and to take on a full teaching timetable. The incoming Science teacher would ideally be capable of teaching all three Sciences up to GCSE level and be looking to commit to a long term, full time position. This is a great position for a Newly Qualified Science Teacher seeking their first introduction to a long term position as the school can accommodate the completing induction terms. Along with a number of CPD offerings, the school are also keen to put additional training in place for incoming staff on any areas they wish, including those striving for management in the future.

If you are successful for this position, you will be working within a modern secondary setting in Rochdale which was recently graded 'Good' by Ofsted. The school have excellent facilities throughout, in particular the Science department, resulting in an excellent working environment in which students are engaged and keen to learn.
