Are you a Science teacher that is looking for a full-time teaching position from January 2020.

If so, Teaching Personnel have a fantastic opportunity for a Science teacher to join a high achieving Science department in one of our Bolton based secondary schools.

Due to a resrtructuring of the schools Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Science at our client Secondary school is keen to meet with Science teachers at the earliest convenience in order to bridge the emerging gap in the New Year.

• Science Teacher - Specialising in Chemistry, Physics or Biology - January 2020 start
• Teaching Science to students across KS3 and KS4
• Pay in line with MPS and UPS scale (£24,373 - £40,490 per annum)
• Must hold QTS specialising in Science

The school aim to appoint an enthusiastic Science teacher that has experience teaching students ranging in ages 11-16; although it is not essential it would be beneficial if you are able to teach other areas of Science as well as your speciality subject.

You will be will be responsible for teaching a full timetable that will consist of complete marking and planning responsibilities. The school wish to appoint a Science teacher that has a track record of achieving excellent results at GCSE level and is able to stretch the learning of students no matter what their ability. It is important that you are able to teach engaging lessons that generate interactivity in class, making lessons more enjoyable for students.

• Is located on the outskirts of the Bolton area however it is easily accessible via the M61
