Have you recently graduated from University with a Science related degree?
Or, do you come from a Science background and are now looking to utilise your skills within a Secondary school environment?
If so, Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity for you to join a well respected client Secondary school in Liverpool on a full-time basis, providing support to the schools Science department.
Science Graduate Position;
- Full-time Science Graduate position
- Required to start at the earliest convenience with employment until the end of the year
- Providing support to the schools Science department
- Supportive Secondary school that will provide you with the skills required to complete a teacher training programme in the future.
- Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
This exciting position is open exclusively for Science graduates that are in pursuit of a career in Secondary education, you will be working within a supportive Secondary school that are committed to your future development as a Science specialist.
Responsibilities for this role;
- Teaching Assistant within Maths lessons
- Providing 1:1 based tuition and support on the lead up to key summer exams
- Leading catch up sessions with groups of identified pupils in order to raise attainment
- Covering lessons within Science – This will be a fully supported process
The Head of Science aims to meet with candidates at the earliest convenience so please make sure to register your interest for this position ASAP.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
