School Office Admin Assistant

-        Experience working within an admin role is essential

-        Experience working in a school setting is essential

-        You must be computer literate with a confident and polite telephone manner

-        Full-time position available

-        Long-term role - starting as soon as possible

Teaching Personnel have been approached by a Primary School in Rawtenstall (BB4) hoping to source & appoint a hardworking, committed admin assistant to work in the school office. The successful candidate will start as soon as possible and will be needed until the end of the academic year.

You must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, be able to work well under pressure and enjoy all aspects of organisational and administrative work. The successful applicant will be skilled in Excel and Word. Duties will include some financial management, and experience in this field would be an advantage.
