School Admin Assistant – East Lancashire Primary School

Salary: £10.20 - £12.70 per hour

Teaching Personnel have been approached by a number of schools across East Lancashire that are hoping to source & appoint a hardworking, committed admin assistants to work in the busy school office. The successful candidate will start as soon as, this position could potentially lead into a long term role.
The school is average sized and is very welcoming, you will be supported by the Head Teacher and current bursar within the school office. You will speak to parents and visitors daily so customer service experience would be ideal. As the face of the school you must be presentable, approachable and above all, professional. You must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, be able to work well under pressure and enjoy all aspects of organisational and administrative work. The successful applicant must have experience using SIMS as well as Excel and Word. Duties will include some financial management, and experience in this field would be an advantage.
