School Admin Assistant - Part-time (8:30am-12:30pm) - February 2019 Start

Teaching Personnel require an administrative assistant for our partnership schools based in NG10 (Long Eaton). You will support the school office in ensuring that all paperwork is kept up to date, courses are booked, school trips are organised.

This is a Part-time (8:30am-12:30pm) - long term role starting from February 2019 up until June 2019 with the potential for the role to turn permanent.

This is a medium sized but very busy office and you will need to have a cheerful, flexible and organised approach. You should have excellent written and spoken English as you will be required to review records to which our clients have access and also to greet clients on arrival and departure each day. The school have recently been graded 'outstanding' in their recent OFSTED inspection - April 2018.

Skills and abilities required:

  • must have worked in a school or education based office
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Ability to provide support to customers
  • Able to be discreet and diplomatic, approachable and flexible
  • Good numeracy skills with eye for detail.
