Job description

Temporary, full time supply position for a Religious Education teacher in a supportive secondary school in Salford. This position will be an on-going full time supply post, teaching both KS3/GCSE Religious Education with full support from the faculty leader and teachers within the Humanities department. Situated in Salford, bordering Trafford and with good connecting transport links via the M60 and public transport, this is a modern mixed comprehensive, much larger than average in size with well over 1200 pupils on roll.

This is a temporary position in the first instance for the successful RE teacher applying, working in a supportive faculty with children who are keen to learn and display good behaviour. This position will require you to teach Religious Education to a high standard, both KS3 and GCSE classes and taking responsibility for marking work and attending department meetings.
