Religious Education teacher required in Darlington to start ASAP

**Be able to teach to Key Stage 3/Key Stage 4**

**Daily pay rates of £120-£180**

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Religion teacher to start ASAP in a large secondary school in Darlington. You will be responsible for teaching pupils at Key stage 3/4, ensuring you plan and prepare each lesson so it runs efficiently. We want you to provide a nurturing classroom environment as it helps students grow as learners. The humanities department is very successful and supportive and their main objective is to ensure that each teacher is committed to raising achievement so that all pupils are reaching their maximum potential.

Essential requirements

  • Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
  • This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • Your CV must cover the last 6 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK
