Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a teacher of Religion and Education at a respectable Roman Catholic Faith College, in time for the academic year 2018.

With a progressive new opportunity opening up within the humanities department, this Religion and Education role can be fitting for the successful candidate;

  • Full time Religion and Education position, September 2018.
  • Mixed Secondary, 11-16.
  • Opportunity to advance within the Religion and Education department, through a supportive leadership system.
  • Pay in line with MPS/UPS (£22,917-£38,633)

The successful Religion and Education Teacher will be required to;

  • Promote school Ethos and Values.
  • Deliver creative Religion and Education lessons, with relevance to Pupils every day life.
  • Highlight a positive behaviour management system in class.
  • Raise student attainment through planning and monitoring progression.

This mixed secondary school, with 860 pupils on roll, aged 11-16; rated 'Good' by Ofsted in all sectors throughout the school, and has a gap in the Humanities department for an Religion and Education teacher. The school is continuing to grow and progress through dedicated staff members, working towards pupil development. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
