Recruitment Resourcer - SEN Specialist - Northampton

Teaching Personnel, the UK's largest Education Recruitment Company, is expanding in our Northampton office. We are looking to hire a Recruitment Resourcer to provide support to our SEN team of Education Recruitment Consultants.

This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible.

This position has the potential for development and progression. However, if you are looking to work as a Recruitment Resourcer; working within Education Recruitment will challenge you, the daily routine is fast paced, and you will be working to tight deadlines and targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Place adverts for school vacancies on external websites and the TP website
• Compile and upload documents to the system post candidate interviews
• Chase and obtain references for teachers and support staff
• General greeting duties for candidate interviews and on recruitment events
• Liase with our internal vetting team to smoothly clear and vet candidates
• Regularly check in calls to gather candidate availability and work preferences

Requirements:

• A valid full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle (we will also consider applicants who are currently learning to drive)
• An understanding of the Education sector (qualifications, school types and safeguarding/vetting)
• Previous administration experience
• Experience working with SEN pupils (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication skills and extremely organised
• Results-orientated, detail conscious and able to adapt
