Teaching Personnel are the market leaders within the Education Recruitment sector and we are looking for a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant. The role will be based in our Southampton office that services both Hampshire and Dorset.

The role is a 360 recruitment role and will involve dealing with both clients and candidates.

The successful candidate should be driven and ambitious and have a strong background or interest in education.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
