Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our highly regarded South Wales office, starting immediately on a full time permanent basis. We welcome applications from graduates of all backgrounds, but who are looking for a genuine career with unrivalled training and support.
The role is based in Cardiff working with Secondary schools across Cardiff, Newport, Caerphilly and RCT. The role involves managing a 'warm' desk with some already established clients and working to develop and create relationships with new clients. It is working within a successful team who have just achieved their best ever week and are breaking records weekly.
Teaching Personnel is one of the most popular and reputable agencies operating in South Wales and is growing rapidly. There are three teams based in the Cardiff office, all consultants are ambitious, driven and determined to succeed. There is plenty of management support and comprehensive training supplied in the first three months and the role serves a bright future and ladder of professional development to those who want it.
