Sitting within the wider Teaching Personnel team, we are a nimble and energetic team of 4, based in Cardiff. We love working together and welcoming new colleagues, who are always supported to learn and develop as they begin an exciting new chapter within their career – after all, we’ve all been there! The role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel, our main aim is to work collaboratively to bring schools, teachers and support staff together. We do our best to find educators their perfect role based on their experiences and preferences whilst coordinating and complementing the schools needs.
The main responsibilities of the position is to:
- Build on existing relationship and develop new relationships with your customers through providing high quality customer service.
- Attracting applicants through various forms of advertisements
- Screening, interviewing and leading applicants through our vetting process
- Proactively build and develop an educator database and match them to the right roles
- Maintain that all-important personal touch through regular face-to-face client visits, high impact sales conversations and ongoing engagement
- Meet and exceed agreed targets and objectives

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
