We are looking for someone to join our secondary team, on an area which already has established relationships. Are you competitive and outgoing? We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is looking for career progression with the aim of eventually moving into a Branch Manager role.
We are open to considering those from other sectors. We have found the most transferrable skills come from the medical sector but we are happy to consider anyone from other sectors who has a desire to progress their career. As an Education Recruitment Consultant you will help education professionals find teaching jobs and classroom support staff roles on a temporary and permanent basis. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Business development across using and non-using clients
- Resourcing quality teachers and carrying out interviews
- Regular face-to-face client visits, building relationships with key decision makers within schools
- Creating quality marketing and advertising
- Responsibility for various additional tasks to support the Branch Manager (leading team meetings, guidance and coaching for less experienced team members, data analysis etc.)

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
