Reception Teaching Assistant required in Central Manchester, M9 Primary School.

Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of client primary school who is seeking a Reception Teaching Assistant to start after Easter. The school will be expecting the incoming Teaching Assistant to use there own initiative and be proactive within the class.

As a reception Teaching Assistant you will be supporting the classroom teacher, making sure all pupils are learning safely and are being provided with the relevant amount of provision to keep them interested and engaged throughout the day.

It is important that the pupils feel comfortable in you presence, meaning nurturing and encouraging approach is a desirable quality in the successful applicant..

The role:

  • Full time Reception Teaching Assistant required in Central Manchester, M9.
  • Position to start after Easter.
  • Supporting the classroom teacher with the delivery of learning through play.
  • Having a nurturing approach and ensuring the pupils feel content in your presents

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
