A very exciting opportunity at a Primary School based in Maidstone has just arisen, to begin in May 2021. This is a ‘Good’ Primary school with a warm and welcoming feel. The primary school are searching for a Nursery or Reception (EYFS) Teacher to join them in May and could be taken on for the next academic year.


This Good school is two form entry meaning that the successful NQT will be working alongside a more experienced teacher for planning and preparation. Your co-teacher will offer ongoing support throughout the year. If you are a more experienced teacher, there are some opportunities for progression.

This Primary school pride themselves on developing excellence within their students academically promoting independent and well-rounded learning. They also have a focus on well-being across the school. The Head Teacher has highlighted the excellent support they have in place for NQTs and would be happy to discuss this with you.


This Primary school have been commended by OFSTED for their established senior leadership team. Planning for lessons will be shared between the class teachers to combine ideas and reduce work-load.
The Head Teacher allows all teachers to have creative freedom with their lessons. The teacher appointed will be expected to offer engaging and forward-thinking lessons with the help of their teaching assistant in class.


The Teacher will be carefully selected and should hold specialist subject interests, intellect and ambition to develop as a teacher. The Primary school in Maidstone promises to offer exceptional professional development opportunities, providing access to a wide variety of training courses to ensure a continuing advancement in teacher’s capability. The teacher will become a part of a warm, welcoming environment, with an enthusiastic, motivated and knowledgeable team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
