EYFS Teacher required in a 'Good' Catholic School in Liverpool

Teaching Personnel are currently working on behalf of this large Roman Catholic School in their bid to find them a well rounded EYFS teacher for a September start. The school is two form entry and on their most recent OFSTED in 2016 were graded ‘good’ and said to be moving in the right direction towards Outstanding. It is located in North Liverpool and is easy accessible from all around the city including a nearby bus and train station.

The report states that ‘The Headteacher has worked tirelessly since her appointment to drive forward school improvement. She is supported well by the deputy Headteacher and other senior leaders who have a clear and collaborative focus on what needs to improve.’ This school has a welcoming feel as soon as you walk in and this is the trend throughout the whole school which makes it the perfect environment to start or continue your career in.

The school have said that they require a teacher who is enthusiastic and has a clear passion for raising attainment and watching the children progress. As stated the role will be for the whole of the next academic year so the chosen teacher needs to be fully committed and able to attend all, CPD, Staff meetings and twilight activities that the school arrange. The class is said to be have a mix of abilities ranging from children with special educational needs and receiving 1:1 support to those who are said to be gifted and talented, so all lessons will need to be differentiated in order for them to be accessible to all abilities and be able to stretch the higher ability cohort.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
