A school in Glossop require a full time science teacher specialising in Physics at KS3/KS4 until December 2023.

The school have the highest expectations of students and teachers, where every student is expected to work hard, behave well and contribute positively to the school community. Where you will be a crucial member of the team is being able to deliver the Physics curriculum and maintain their ‘THRIVE’ values.

All 1100 students are encouraged to take responsibility for their own learning and conduct. Ideal candidates include teachers with previous Physics teaching experience looking to further their career

While this is a short role currently there is a possibility of a permanent contract after the initial role through Teaching Personnel. Pay for this role ranges from £28,000 to £43,685 pay scale dependant.

This school is not based in a central location however is easily accessible from 2 bus and train stations within 5 minutes of the school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
