Teaching Personnel are currently working with SEN schools in Northamptonshire & Milton Keynes who are seeking SEN Teachers. Are you qualified Teacher seeking a rewarding teaching role with young pupils with Special Educational Needs? Do you have experience of working with children on the Autistic Spectrum, Learning Difficulties, Challenging Behaviour, and/or complex medical needs?

The Requirements:

As the successful Teacher you will need to;

  • Be a fully Qualified Teacher, with a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of education
  • Have SEND experience
  • Have the ability to prepare, plan deliver and mark
  • Have strong classroom management skills
  • Be able to deal with challenging behaviour, with creative approach
  • Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
  • Possess the passion to teach

All candidates who register with Teaching Personnel will need to provide 2 suitable teaching references from the last 6 years and will be required to have an enhanced Child Workforce DBS check completed. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
