Teacher required to work as a Tutor in a North London Primary School

Teaching Personnel are seeking a qualified-teacher to join a hard-working team of tutors. We are looking for an outstanding teacher able to capitalise on students enthusiasm for learning.

Based in Islington this Saturday school believe that the children and staff who make this project so special deserve every chance to contribute towards something genuinely rewarding.

As a charity-funded project, this School runs for 25 Saturdays a year (during term times) from 10am – 3pm. The learning themes are packed with challenging and exciting activities, complimented by out-of-classroom experiences that integrate the wonderful sites and attractions of London.

What we are looking for:

•Excellent primary teacher

•Secure knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum

•Capacity to think outside of the box and offer something different

•Ability to promote excellent speaking and listening skills

•An understanding of how to overcome the challenges that some children face in their learning

•The energy and drive to be part of a team who really care

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
