Job description

Teaching Personnel are seeking graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in Mainstream Primary School Education. Successful candidates will be required to provide specialist support for pupils at a school in Bradford (BD6). This is a highly rewarding role, giving aspiring teachers vital experience and the chance to gain an understanding of children aged 7-11 years.
Based in BD6, the school is close to the M606 and all public transport links.
As a Intervention Support Assistant, you will have a desire to work with young people and aim to make a real difference to a child's life. Experience of working with Primary School aged children is desirable, and any extra training such as; Phonics or Safeguarding is highly desirable.
We are looking for hard working and committed individuals who would be confident and happy working with pupils of all ability levels, including Special Educational Needs. The following are essential to the role:
* Recent graduate in Education Studies, Primary Education, Literacy, English or any other educational topic as a specialism
* Firm understanding of National Curriculum in mainstream Primary Schools
* Be proactive and resilient to the nature of the role.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
