Teaching Personnel are recruiting on the behalf of a larger than average Primary School the Central Manchester area (M21). The school are looking to appoint a psychology graduate to support a child with Autism on a 1:1 basis. The successful applicant will have experience working with children in an academic environment and will be looking to develop their career in education. This full time Teaching Assistant post will start in September and will be on going for as long as the child needs additional support.

The head teacher at the school is looking for a dedicated graduate to join their dynamic KS2 team. The school boasts a energetic staff team and eager children and is looking for a pro active graduate with an enthusiastic attitude who has a passion for developing a career with in education. This school was rated ‘GOOD’ at its last OFSTED inspection with aspects of ‘OUTSTANDING’.

The ideal candidate will:

• Provide 1:1 support to a KS2 child with specific needs

• Monitor and track pupils learning development

• Provide a supportive environment to aid learning

• Work closely with the SENCO to monitor progression

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
