A Good College in the LS2 area of Leeds is currently looking to appoint a Psychology teacher to join the Social Sciences department. The role has an immediate start and will last for a term in the first instance.

A successful candidate should:

• Be able to plan and deliver inspiring and engaging lessons that meeting the needs of all pupils, creating an inclusive learning environment and ensuring that all pupils are able to make progress.

• Have a strong subject knowledge of the Psychology curriculum.

• Be confident teaching all English across KS3, KS4 and KS5.

• Be willing to support the school ethos and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure no child is left behind.

• Have evidence of where you have been able to raise that attainment of pupils.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
