Psychology Graduates wanted for behavioural work

Have you recently graduated from university with a Psychology degree? Are you based in Sunderland? Do you have an interest in working with learning difficulties and behaviour management? If so, your expertise may make you the ideal candidate to provide assistance in classrooms to students who may be disadvantaged by these factors. At Teaching Personnel we have consistent demand for candidates who can provide one-to-one and small group support to students who may have fallen behind due to not having the tailored support they need.

OVERVIEW

Working 1:1 alongside students struggling with their engagement and attainment

Providing emotional and intellectual support for students to improve their concentration and achievement in the classroom, bridging the gap between themselves and other students

Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure a plan-of-action to ensure steady progression of students

Creatively intervening to resolve students' frustrations and conflicts
