Psychology Assistant
Are you a Psychology graduate?

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs?
Teaching Personnel are currently looking to appoint passionate and enthusiastic psychology graduates to work with children across multiple schools in the East Manchester area. The position will be working predominately with 11–16-year-old pupils who have a variety of Special Education Needs including; moderate, severe and profound, and multiple learning difficulties and social, emotional and mental health needs. Ideally you will have a flexible nature and be prepared to cover across all years where needed.
The successful Teaching Assistant for this post will be a Psychology Graduate, and as a result will have a good theoretical understanding of special educational needs. You must also be a confident, and resilient, Teaching Assistant who holds a genuine desire to help young people with SEN achieve. Having experience in supporting children who display challenging behaviour or have a variety of SEN is not essential but beneficial to fully flourish within this role.
This is a fantastic Secondary school which offers a great opportunity for Psychology Graduates to begin a career after University.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
