Teaching Personnel are recruiting on the behalf of a 'GOOD' Central Manchester primary school (M11). The school are looking to appoint a psychology graduate to support a handful of children with specific needs on a 1:1 and group basis. The successful applicant will have experience working with children in an academic setting and will be looking to develop their career in education. This is a full time Teaching Assistant position which will start after Christmas and will run up until Easter at least with the opportunity for extension for the right person!

The head teacher at the school is looking for a dedicated graduate to join their dynamic KS2 team. The school boasts an energetic staff team and eager children and is looking for a pro active graduate with an enthusiastic attitude who has a passion for developing a career with in education! This school was rated 'GOOD' at its last OFSTED inspection with aspects of 'OUTSTANDING'.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Provide support to children in KS2 child with specific needs
  • Monitor and track pupils learning development
  • Provide a supportive environment to aid learning
  • Work closely with the SENCO to monitor progression
